Kyntra (kyntra.ai) — the Hub and Kyntra Code — and the ATL4S company and research site (atl4s.ai) are operated by ATL4S.AI INC. “Kyntra”, “Kyntra Code” and “ATL4S” are used as trade names of ATL4S.AI INC.

3. Reports and notices

Reports of illegal content on sites published through Kyntra: hello@atl4s.ai (see the Acceptable Use Policy, Section 7).
Privacy requests and data-subject rights: hello@atl4s.ai (see the Privacy Notice, Section 9).

4. European Economic Area

ATL4S.AI INC. has no establishment in the EEA. The assessment of an EU representative under GDPR Art. 27, and jurisdiction-specific provider-identification requirements, are part of the pending counsel review flagged at the top of this page; this page will be updated with counsel's conclusions.

5. Content responsibility

Websites created and published by Kyntra customers are those customers' own content, published for their businesses; responsibility for customer sites lies with the customer that operates them, per the Terms of Service. This page and the linked policies cover Kyntra's own surfaces.
