Useful work does not require unbounded authority.

1. Unlawful, deceptive and abusive use

• No use of the service to break the law, or to help someone else break it.
• No fraud, impersonation of people or organizations, deceptive claims, phishing, or unlawful exploitation of personal data.
• No harassment, threats, incitement, or content sexualizing minors — the last is reported to authorities where the law requires.
• No use of Kyntra to generate or distribute malware, or to plan or execute attacks on systems you are not authorized to test.

2. Rights and content

• Submit and publish only content, data and systems you have the rights and authority to use.
• No uploading or publishing content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy or publicity rights.
• Regulated content (for example financial, health or legal claims in your market) is your responsibility to review before publishing — machine output is not professional advice.

3. Research and website import

• Connect only businesses and websites you own or are authorized to represent.
• Research features work on public sources only: no directing the product at content behind logins, no private-network or file targets (the product refuses them), no use of research output to build unsolicited-contact lists.
• Do not use the service to circumvent another site's technical or contractual access restrictions.

4. Communications standards

• Send only to recipients who validly consented for that channel where consent is required — double opt-in where your jurisdiction requires it. No purchased, rented or scraped lists.
• Every campaign identifies your business truthfully as the sender and honors opt-outs immediately; the product enforces recorded consent before every send and propagates unsubscribes to your list.
• No spam, chain schemes, deceptive subject lines, or sender-identity spoofing. Anti-spam and commercial-communication law of your recipients' jurisdictions applies to you as sender of record.

5. Platform integrity

• No unauthorized access, credential theft, or evasion of authentication, tenant boundaries or capability grants.
• No attempts to defeat metering, allowances, rate limits or product safety controls.
• No interference with other customers' projects, data or service quality; no resale of the service without an agreement with us.
• Security research on Kyntra itself only with prior written permission; suspected vulnerabilities go to hello@atl4s.ai, not to exploitation.

6. Plugins and capabilities

Plugins and extended capabilities are allowlisted, project-scoped and brokered by trusted services. Public registry enablement remains release-gated; nothing in this policy implies that arbitrary third-party installation is available.

7. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and remove or disable published content, proportionate to the violation — and may suspend first where continued operation creates risk for recipients, other customers, the public or us. Where lawful and practicable, we tell you what happened and how to respond.
